Refunds
Due to the nature of our products being made-to-order, handmade, and/or custom, we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges. All items and sponsorship packages are final sale. Sponsorship packages are not recurring charges. Items sent back to us will also not be accepted for refund. This includes sale items, gifted, or gift card items.
Reasons such as the following are out of our control and are not accepted for refunds or returns:
We strongly recommend professional installation especially of windshield banners and larger vehicle graphics. For quick reference, you should find a Decal Application Instructions photo in each product's photo reel for tips and tricks if you choose to install yourself. If you would like addition installation information, feel free to reach out to us.
Depending on the decal, water damage during shipment is not a concern since vinyl can be applied using the wet method and should not effect the quality of the finished product. We have personally tested our decals and submerged them under water (then dried completely) before application. This did NOT effect the quality of application. If you received a water damaged printed decal, please message us and we can get back to you with next steps to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is seriously damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will need to provide photo(s) of your product. In the event where we sent the wrong item, we will send the correct item free of charge.
